We want you to be satisfied with Zorvus. However, our refund policy is limited to specific technical circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available within 24 hours of your initial purchase, and only under the following condition:
You can demonstrate with video evidence that core functionality of Zorvus is not working on your system.
By "core functionality," we mean essential features that prevent you from using the service as intended. This includes critical bugs, crashes, or technical failures that make Zorvus unusable.
What's Not Covered
Refunds are not available for the following situations:
- Detection by screen-sharing or monitoring software
- Slower-than-expected performance or response times
- Compatibility issues with specific third-party software
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Contact Support
Email support@zorvus.in within 24 hours of your purchase.
2. Provide Purchase Information
Include your account email, transaction details, and purchase date.
3. Submit Video Evidence
Record a video clearly showing the technical issue. The video should demonstrate the problem occurring and include your system information.
4. Explain the Issue
Describe what's not working and what you've tried to fix it.
Review Process
Our team will review your refund request within 48 hours. We may contact you for additional information or to help troubleshoot the issue. If your request meets our refund criteria, we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
