You can cancel your Zorvus subscription at any time. Here's how it works.
How to Cancel
Canceling your subscription is simple. Navigate to your account settings and select the option to cancel your subscription. You can complete this process in just a few clicks without contacting support.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're on a monthly plan, your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have full access to Zorvus until the last day of the month you've already paid for.
For example, if you cancel on January 15th but paid for service through January 31st, you can use Zorvus through January 31st. On February 1st, you won't be charged again, and your access will end.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions work the same way. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your prepaid annual period. You'll retain access for the remainder of the year you've paid for.
If you cancel an annual subscription in month 3, you'll continue to have access for the remaining 9 months of your subscription year.
No Partial Refunds
We don't offer prorated or partial refunds for cancellations. Once you've paid for a subscription period (monthly or annual), that payment covers access for the entire period.
Whether you cancel on day 1 or day 29 of your billing cycle, you'll keep access until the end of that cycle, and no refund will be issued for unused time.
What Happens to Your Data
After your subscription ends, your account enters a grace period. During this time, your data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can export any content you want to keep.
After the grace period expires, your data may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting anything important before your access ends.
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account page. If you reactivate before your access expires, there's no interruption to your service. If you reactivate after your subscription ends, you'll start a new billing cycle.
